Customer contacts us with product details and event date.
Set up account with billing, shipping, and contact info.
Create a customer folder for all order documents.
Day 3-6: Design & Quote
Provide two initial sketches.
Customer selects and revises (max 3 rounds).
Issue a quote for approval.
Day 7-8: Contract & Payment
Finalize contract.
Day 9-10: Layout Approval
Request final layouts from the graphic designer.
Customer reviews and approves.
Day 11-15: Production Order & Processing
Submit order to the factory with purchase orders.
Monitor production progress.
Day 16-18: Shipping & Tracking
Factory completes production and provides tracking.
Share tracking details with the customer and ensure smooth delivery.

Confirm delivery and customer satisfaction.
