Reporting directly to the Digital Printing Coordinator, the Jr. Digital Printing Operator will assist in the production and execution of all brand collateral materials, including point-of-sale, custom banners, posters, and promotion materials. They will also assist in the production of digital Sublimation paper.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance for the Digital Printing Coordinator in all facets of print production including
- Posters, POP, print media and advertising, reports and presentation boards• Finishing tasks including, but not limited to, mounting posters on foamcore, cutting, trimming, laminating, hammering grommets, cutting wind holes, waterproofing banners
- Understanding and operating equipment and software required to produce digital sublimation paper
- Loading, unloading, cutting & delivering paper to Sublimation
- Trouble shoot equipment and machines and provide maintenance when required
- Month end inventory count
- Liaison with and/or provide support to other departments
- Active feedback for improving processes and department development
- Other relevant tasks or responsibilities as may be required to meet the needs of the department and organization.
- Interest or background in graphic design
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are a must
- Detail oriented and deadline driven with strong problem solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and problem-solving ability

- Physical Demands:
The person in this position will be required to work in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions and with the need to deal with a great diversity of people. Work hours are standard with some shift changes as needed. Regular attendance is required.
