Customer Service Specialist - Inline
Job Function:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the managing of the sales and order processing within the assigned territory.And for the promotion of the Inline Product to retailers to ensure excellent customer service to represent the Sugoi Brand
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responding to Customer Requests that come in via phone and email
- Responsible for the assigned territory and the successful service of the outside sales reps
- Enter Inline Orders received via phone, fax and email into the JDE system.
- Responsible for the day- to- day support of your assigned outside sales representative and accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers and inside departments to ensure outside sales representatives and customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned territory goals set by the Customer Sales Manager
- Working closely with a team as well as individually
- Other duties and projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager
Minimum Qualifications:- Strong Sense of customer service
- Fast learner
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to details/ Accuracy
- Mathematical ability
- Willing to work extra hours when required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including telephone skills are a must
- Excellent and professional customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of the workforce
- Ability to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Knowledgeable of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment
- Typing ability of a minimum of 35 WPM
- EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY, WILLING TO TRAIN
Physical Demands:The person in this position will be required to work in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions and with the need to deal with a great diversity of people. Work hours are standard with some shift changes as needed. Regular attendance is required.
